The fact that you are reading this means you have already discovered our new web site – we hope you like it! We have tried to give you more images to look at, and better descriptions of our Inn & the available facilities here at the Carter Notch Inn, so what’s new?
The new look home page features a fresh, changing banner image and an easy to find “book it” button where you can quickly see availability and make reservation online.
We now have the facility to order Gift Certificates directly from our home page, just click on the link and fill out the form – we will do the rest! Remember Gift Certificates are available for any amount and will never expire!
We have added a Photo Gallery where you can now see images of the Inn in all seasons as well as taking a look the real stars of the Inn, our resident animals Dudley & Lulu. We will be changing these images periodically, so keep watching.
The Directions Page features a new Google Map with the ability to “Get directions” & our Restaurants page also features a map and links to some of our favorites – very useful if you are coming at a busy time, giving you the option of reserving your favorite restaurant in advance.

Romance Package
Enjoy a luxurious 2 night romantic getaway at the Carter Notch Inn.
2 night’s accommodation in a Fireplace room with twin Jacuzzi tub, full country breakfast, a bottle of bubbly, flowers & chocolates in the room, momento of your stay & a 3 course dinner for 2 at The Wentworth. or the White Mountain Cider Company. All this for just $650 per couple incl. Tax. Available anytime except fall foilage or holiday weekends & Christmas through New Year.
Ski for Free
Midweek January & March – stay for 2 nights and each guest receives a complimentary ski pass for Jackson Ski Touring. The offer is limited to 1 ski pass per person with a minimum of a 2 night midweek stay (Sunday through Thursday). Must request offer at time of Booking. Free passes for Great Glen Trails (cross country or snowshoeing) available all season long – no minimum stay required.
Something Special for your stay?
Make it a special occasion with a seasonal flower arrangement, a bottle of domestic champagne on ice and a box of chocolates. Just $65 any room, any night. (48 hours notice preferred!).
